REFERRAL PROGRAM
What is a Referral Program?
Whenever one of our clients refers our services (Windows or Pressure Wash) to someone they know and we schedule, complete the job and bill them.
In turn, the original client who referred our service will receive a 10% discount on their next cleaning.
Requirements to receive discount.
The referred client must provide us with your name in order to benefit from the discount.
How Many Referral discounts can I receive?
You can receive up to a total of 2 discounts for referring our services (Windows or Pressure Wash) to 2 other clients.
Does my friend have to incur a bill equal or higher for me to recive my discount?
No. Even if your friend request a service of lesser value, your discount will still apply!

Excessive Overspray Paint
Construction materials may end up on your glass when having work done on your home.
Removal of these materials (in light condition) are done complementary.
Keep in mind that extensive negligence on the part of additional workers may result in an extra fee for such removals if restoration is possible.
2. What is Hard Water Damage?
Water spots.
Water that has a high concentration of dissolved minerals like magnesium and calcium. This can pose a threat to your windows if not maintained regularly.
Can sprinkler systems cause Hard Water Damage?
Sprinkler systems normally emit basic tap water, and in our region certain tap water (Known as Hard water) can stain your windows if your sprinkler systems are installed near windows.
Rain runoff that comes into contact with rusted metal panes, screen frames or Masonry can stain windows also.

WaterFed Pole
We use the latest pure water cleaning technology, our cleaning tanks use a hybrid material called Resin which turns common hard water into soft (pure) water that leaves your windows to dry streak free.
Microfiber Hand brush/ squeege
This is a longtime traditional method of window cleaning and is commonly used mostly indoors nowadays to effectively wash and dry your windows.
